Description: Before the Brush - Where Ideas Begin:   An Artist’s Morning of books, ideas, and creative community.

Join us for a relaxed and inspiring **morning of art exploration, conversation, and community**. This is not a workshop or a class—it’s a shared space to **gather ideas, spark curiosity, and dream up what’s next** in your creative journey.

We’ll come together with a generous library of art instruction books (and you’re invited to bring any favorites of your own!) and spend the morning exploring topics like:
🖌️Composition & design
🖌️Value studies & drawing fundamentals
🖌️Color palettes & color theory
🖌️New mediums and creative approaches
🖌️Artistic habits, prompts, and project ideas

As we browse, we’ll chat about what we’ve tried, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what we’re excited to experiment with next. This is a **low-pressure, idea-rich environment** designed to feed your creativity—no supplies, no finished pieces, no expectations.

**Coffee and light refreshments will be provided.**

Please bring:

🖌️Your phone (to capture notes, snapshots, and inspiration)
🖌️Any art books you love and are willing to let others handle gently (optional)
🖌️A friendly, curious attitude 🖌️

**No artwork will be created on site**—this morning is all about research, inspiration, and connection.
