UNA Center
Join Anna-Marie Seitter for a fun evening to create machine sewn quilted heirloom photo Christmas ornaments that turns scraps of fabric into a handmade keepsake!

Capture the memories of your pets, family and friends to keep for yourself or gift to those special people in your life. Each ornament features a quilted back, four corner tabs to hold a photo or trimmed holiday card, and a clean, no-binding finish — perfect for gifting, decorating, or displaying memories.

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced sewer, Anna-Marie will guide you through the whole process. She will provide everything needed to complete this project from pattern and fabric to thread, using the sewing machines available to Up North Arts.

You are welcome to bring your own fabric too*, and your own sewing machine if you’re more comfortable using your own.

Students are encouraged to bring their own scissors too, although there are a few pairs available at the center.

Depending on your skill level, students will leave with at least one complete ornament, and possibly more if you catch on quickly!

*Details for how much fabric you will need to bring if you want to bring your own are detailed in the complete listing.
