DESCRIPTION:Capture the joy of watercolor while painting outdoors in one of Cadillac’s beautiful local gardens! Learn techniques of watercolor, sketching, and journaling. Create 3-4 watercolor paintings along with journaling notes. Leave with a watercolor journal and resources for further exploration. Spend time to relax, reflect, refresh, get artsy, and have fun expressing yourself while painting in a lovely garden of flowers!\n\nSaturday, July 11, 2026\nTime: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm\nAges 18+ (a teen studying art may take class)\nBeginners+\nAll materials will be provided, watercolor paints, brushes, and a journal. These will be student grade, so please feel free to bring your own favorite art supplies.\nMembers $40\nNon Members $50\nAdditional Materials Fee: $10 paid directly to the instructor at beginning of class\nPurchase a membership for member discounts.\n*We will meet at one of Cadillac’s local gardens TBD. This class is outdoors, please dress appropriately.  (Sunscreen, bug spray, hat, camp chair and water.) \nIn case of rain we will be at Up North Arts.
