Description:
Capture the joy spring brings you with watercolor painting! Learn basic watercolor and sketching techniques for painting wildflowers: color mixing, backgrounds, negative painting, salting, and leaf variations. Create 3-4 watercolor paintings of blue Violets, white Trilliums, pink Apple Blossoms and yellow Marsh Marigolds along with journaling notes. Leave with a colorful watercolor journal filled with florals and resources for further exploration. All skills levels are welcome. Spend time to relax, reflect, refresh, get artsy, and have fun expressing yourself while painting Michigan’s spring wildflowers!
