Member booth application Phyllis Olson Art Fair on July 17 and 18, 2026

Up North Arts (UNA) is offering a unique opportunity for our members!

We will have a member booth at the Phyllis Olson Art Fair on July 17 and 18, 2026.

You can share a booth with other Up North Arts members to display and sell your artwork. 

A $5 non-refundable application fee will be collected when you register.

Rules and Guidelines:

- All artwork (no crafts) must be original.

- Must have an up to date Up North Arts membership. Purchase membership through our website before applying to participate.

- A 20% commission will be charged on all sales which will go to Up North Arts.  Payouts will be made the following week by mail.

- Member artists must be at least 16 years old.

- Member Artists do not have to be at the art fair, but are encouraged to volunteer at the member booth.

How to Apply:

- Email info@upnorthartsinc.com , by mail (click/download/print application), or register online.

- Send 2 photos of your artwork to info@upnorthartsinc.com with your name & 2026 Member Booth in the subject line immediately after applying.

- Indicate whether you need wall or table space.

- Hanging art work must be ready to hang.

- Include your name, address, phone number, and email address.

- State if you would you be able to volunteer (setup, work at the booth, takedown)

Please apply by June 15, 2026. Once accepted, you will be notified via email and receive further instructions.

Drop Times & Dates:

• Drop your work off at the city park on Thursday, July 16 between 12pm & 4pm
• Make sure each piece is clearly marked with price and your name or initials if items are small.
• Include a written inventory of all your work, including title and price.  (Print this Inventory Sheet to submit with your work)
• Paintings must have your name, phone number, email and price firmly attached to the back of your work.

Pick up remaining work between 5 & 7pm on July 18.
        - Items not picked up by 7pm will be taken to the art center.  You may make arrangements to pick up.

Security   

          - Security is provided Thursday and Friday night 8pm-8am
            - Up North Arts is not responsible for any damage or theft of items
