ATTENTION

*Painting/Clay/Jewelry/Fiber/Glass/Wood/Book Artists need only apply in one category.
Ex. You paint in oils and acrylics or you work with clay and make cups and sculptures
(list all that apply to your work in notes on application) This is only so we can separate
like booths in the park.

10x10' Booth Space is $100 - You will pay for this after acceptance to the show. Do Not Pay Now

Application Deadline: March 31, 2022  Application Deadline Extended to May 15, 2022

To apply in a second or third category, you must have applied in the 1st primary category.

Registrations made in only 2nd and 3rd categories, will be automatically rejected.

Artists may begin setting up on Thursday at 12pm, but must be ready to receive customers by Friday at 1pm

Up to two (2) artists may be in a booth, however both must register as a first category participant and pay jury fee

You MUST submit 4 images immediately after submitting this registration/application/jury fee.

Important Dates

November 1, 2022 – Application Opens

March 31 , 2022 – Application Deadline Application Deadline Extended to May15, 2022

April 1-8, 2022 – Jury Process

May 1, 2022 – Jury Notification Results sent to artists

May 15, 2022 – Booth Payment Deadline

June 1, 2022 – Cancellation Deadline (1/2 Booth Fee Refund)

July 14, 2022 – Artists may begin setting up their booths at 12pm (Security will NOT be provided Thursday night)

July 15, 2022 – Art Festival, 1 p.m. - 7 p.m. (Please note this time may change) Security WILL be provided Friday night, 8pm-8am Saturday)

July 16, 2022 – Art Festival, 11 a.m - 5 p.m.
