Title: BLOCK PRINTING ON FABRIC with Debra Lloyd  TWO SESSIONS

Description:  IN TWO SESSIONS - Make custom printed fabric as you learn the basic techniques of designing and carving your own reusable printing blocks. Learn how to carve blocks, print them with water-soluble inks and build repeat designs for custom fabrics.

This is a fun and creative class and all levels of experience are welcomed.

Materials provided by instructor: blocks for carving (2), art materials and inks.

Students need to bring up to four washed and pressed fat quarters.

Printing can get messy and students should bring a smock or apron to protect their clothes.

We will break for lunch and students may bring a lunch from home.
